Jennifer Griffith, NP-C
CEOJennifer Griffith
has been a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2004. Before becoming a nurse Practitioner, she practiced as a Registered Nurse at a Vascular Surgeons office, since 1997.
Nurse Practitioners, or NPs, are health care professionals licensed to practice medicine under Collaboration with a Physician. Nurse Practitioners can conduct physical exams, order testing/labs, diagnose, prescribe medications, and perform procedures within their scope of practice. Within the NP-physician relationship, Nurse Practitioners can practice independently.
Jennifer is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and Goshen College, Indiana. She has received extensive training in the United States and Canada on cosmetic treatments.
Jennifer teaches Sclerotherapy to other physicians and nurses across the nation, through Aesthetic Advancements, Inc. She has presented numerous research studies to the American College of Phlebology, at their annual meetings. She also continues to participate in venous research studies through Vascular Societies.
Together, Jennifer has over 11 years experience providing injections in a physician's office. Her gentle touch, attention to detail, and artistry, will assure you safe and superb results.
Sarah Hill
Laser TechnicianSarah Hill
is the laser technician and has received specialized training with the Cutera laser technology. She received training from Dr. Jill Lezaic, who is the Medical Director of Laser Skin Solutions (South Florida), and Dr. Lea Marlow of Marlow Laser Aesthetics (New Albany, IN). Sarah specializes in laser facials, laser hair removal, brown spot diffusion and skin tightening which are all performed with advanced Cutera laser technology.
Sarah knows each patient responds differently to laser treatment and she carefully manages the laser treatment procedure, continually monitoring each patient's comfort level. Each patient has individualized needs and Sarah delivers optimal results for each patient.
Sarah graduated from Purdue University and joined the Vein Institute in 2008.
Sally Chappell
Massage TherapistSally Chappell
graduated with honors from Regional College of Massage Therapy, Fort Wayne. She attended Grace College and graduated with a degree in Communications. Her passion for bodywork comes from an intuitive nature and genuine care for people.
Sally has interned for two years with Dr. Susan Green, a well respected Chiropractor in Chicago. Prior to joining the Vein Institute and Medical Spa, she owned Just the Right Touch Spa.
Educated in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Aromatherapy & Myofacial Release, Sally creates an individual experience for clients. She is a Certified Belavi Facelift Massage Specialist. Sally offers massage for men and women including deep tissue, relaxation, foot massage including cleanse, exfoliation and paraffin hot wax treatment and facial lifting massage.
These treatments can have positive effects for one's mind, body and spirit such as the reduction of physical and emotional tension, relief of sore aching muscles and improved mobility. Sally continues to develop therapies to enhance one's spa experience.
Kathy Cook

An excellent asset to the Vein Institute staff, Kathy brings many creative ideas to the Vein Institute. In addition to providing patients with a welcoming 'first touch' at the front desk, she continuously improves the aesthetic ambience and environment. Kathy is always cheerful and upbeat. Kathy's husband tells her each morning before she leaves for work, "Go and make the world more beautiful today." And, she does. Additionally, Kathy is a great listener and true conversationalist. She creates a professional, positive, enjoyable environment for patients and staff.
Jamie Plack
Aesthetic ConciergeJamie Plack
Jamie graduated magna cum laude from Grace College with a bachelor's degree in Communication and a minor in Journalism. She was inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society.
In 1997, she was crowned Miss Kosciusko County. She served as volunteer co-director of the pageant for nine years. Jamie has been involved as a pageant contestant, director, coach and judge. In 1994 and 1995, she placed in the top 12 contestants at Miss Indiana Teen USA and was named a regional semi-finalist in Teen Magazine's Great Model Search. She works part-time as a commercial model. A Warsaw native, she attends Warsaw Community Church.
She is highly trained regarding Vein Institute offerings and enjoys assisting clients with selecting skin care products. Jamie has received special training in make-up artistry and skin care. She is an Obagi & Neova Skin Care Specialist. Jamie frequently assists during injectable procedures.
