At our latest private spa party, Courtney Walters and her friends celebrated her birthday by joining her at a party at the Vein Institute and Medical Spa.
Attendees were able to listen to educational sessions, enjoy a hand and foot massage, or even have Botox! Of course there were hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and lots of girl talk.
